Energy for Nordisk Vindkraft

Nordisk Vindkraft hired Goovinn to project manage the start-up of a new operation and maintenance organization for the company in Sweden.

The first location to be run by this organization will be Havsnäs, Sweden's largest onshore wind farm, producing nearly 100mW of power from its 48 wind turbines. Goovinn has produced a project plan, identified key functions and participated in recruitment. The assignment also involved the procurement of services and suppliers. As a result of this work, the organization was well-prepared, right from the takeover of the first parts of the park in late 2009.
