Project model and a training concept

Challenge

Addtech is a group of 150 companies that provide technical solutions in various areas, and work within a highly decentralized organization. Strong, sustainable growth is an overriding target, and operational efficiency is of high priority. Addtech aimed to increase competence in project management and establish a common view on projects across the group, so they partnered with Goovinn.

Result

Together with Addtech, we developed a project model and a training concept, where more than 200 persons from various Addtech companies participated and completed several training courses. Moreover, we also focused on other important areas for Addtech. And this resulted in us developing a concept and conducting initial training workshops on strategic sourcing and purchasing.
