The automotive industry is transforming digital. Polestar“s customers expect highest level of usability and a seamless online customer experience. Polestar asked for a true partner to create the capability required for delivering a digital ecosystem for the full customer journey, from awareness to repurchase.
Result
We delivered the capability to create, manage and iterate a scalable cloud-based ecosystem. Our mindset was to have all competencies represented and available in all stages from idea to finished solution aligned under one roof. Goovinn together with Vinngroup companies acted together as one team and true partner to Polestar. Goovinn were responsible for the Program Management from strategical support to daily governance. With focus on high quality, we secured recruitment, efficient onboarding and a strong program culture. Our organization as a service operated in an agile environment based on self organized teams. The setup grew from prototype to full-scale delivery and launch of Polestar“s digital ecosystem.
